David B. Epstein is a founding partner of Epstein Turner Weiss, previously known as Epstein, Turner & Song. He has served as lead trial counsel in all aspects of civil litigation since 1973, with emphasis on mortgage finance, real estate finance, construction, insurance coverage, and complex business litigation.
Mr. Epstein has successfully handled complex cases before state, federal and appellate courts. He works closely with leading financial institutions, multinational corporations, government entities, and small to medium-sized businesses.
