Michael R. Weiss is a partner at Epstein Turner Weiss, which he rejoined in 2004 (then known as Epstein, Turner & Song) after spending four years with the Business and Tax Section of the California Attorney General's Office. While with the Attorney General's office, he served as lead counsel and successfully handled complex business, insurance and tax cases before state, federal and appellate courts.
Mr. Weiss serves as the firm's representative with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in our role as a member of the FDIC's approved list of outside counsel for Minority and Women Owned Law Firms.
He has recovered over $92 million for his clients in a variety of business and insurance cases. Mr. Weiss represents small and large corporations, government agencies, restaurants, clothing stores, and individuals in complex legal disputes throughout the state of California.
